The Agriculture Education, Leadership, and Communications major equips graduates with the ability to inform and engage people about agricultural information and issues. This is achieved through curriculum emphasizing practical knowledge and hands-on experiences in teaching, leadership, and communications, in addition to well-rounded, individualized coursework in agricultural topics. Agricultural Education, Leadership, and Communications (AELC) graduates may become involved in a variety of occupations in agricultural business and industry, education, production, extension, and communications.

The Culinology® degree program integrates Food Science and Culinary Arts so that students are prepared to work in diverse areas within the food industries—from experimental research chefs and menu planners to food manufacturing, fine dining, and product development. Culinology® is an approach to food that blends culinary arts and food technology. Through the blending of these two disciplines, Culinology® seeks to make food taste better—whether purchased in a supermarket or eaten in a restaurant. Culinology® also seeks to make food more consistent and safer.
The Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity is a focused undergraduate education program in cyber defense and operations. This program is designed for students who wish to help meet the challenges posed by increasing cyber-threats. Using a multidisciplinary approach, the program is designed to provide students with a focused education for evaluating, understanding, and solving cybersecurity problems.
Educational Psychology is an undergraduate degree program in the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Foundations. This is a non-teaching major that leads to a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in educational psychology but not certification as a teacher. It is generally referred to as the EPY major.
The elementary education program is designed to prepare teacher candidates with the essential foundations for instructing children in grades K-8. Licensure at the undergraduate level requires students to declare either an early childhood or middle school concentration. In addition to elementary licensure, candidates can also earn add-on endorsements in subject areas like english, math, science, or social studies.

This program offers an interdisciplinary lifespan approach to the study of children, youth and families. Kinesiology is an integrative discipline that focuses on the various components and processes of human movement related to physical activity and sport. It incorporates scientific, humanistic and professional research methodologies and concerns so as to better understand physical activity and its relationship to human well-being, health and culture. Scientific areas include anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, biochemistry, biomechanics, psychology, and epidemiology. Humanistic areas include history, philosophy and sociology. Kinesiology also includes professional fields such as Clinical Exercise Physiology, Physical Education and Coaching, Athletic Training and Sport Management.
The Bachelor of Music Education is a 130 hour professional degree program that leads to licensure to teach music in the State of Mississippi.
